高档炮采刮板输送机
我公司针对年产量20-90万吨的炮采工作面新研发高档炮采机械装备：SGB630/2×75、SGB620/2×55、SGB520/2×55、SGB420/2×55、SGB420/30等系列刮板机产品。并于2012年1月12 号申请专利。该系列产品介于综采与普采之间，通过切顶液压支柱支撐，推溜器推溜铲煤，提高了机械化自动程度，最大限度的节省了人工，比普通刮板机减少人工一半左右，降低劳动强度的同时提高出煤量，保证炮采块煤。
技术特征：
1、 整机的耐磨程度和连接强度高。中部槽挡板槽帮、铲板槽帮为整体铸造，材质为ZG30MnSi，中板采用 NM360高强度耐磨板，中部槽之问采用锻造哑铃销连接，满足了推移时的强度要求，延长了使用寿命。
2、 中部槽形式为铸焊封底，单节溜槽长度为1米，轻便易搬运的同时最大限度的增加整机的可弯曲度，增大推溜距离。
3、 配套用切顶支柱和液压推溜器，能够加快工作面推进，提高工作面产量；可减少工作面支柱密度，从而减轻人工劳动强度;节约坑木，少用单体液压支柱，增加产值。

Technical features:
1, the machine wear-resistant degree and high connection strength. The middle groove baffle and shovel groove are cast as a whole, the material is ZG30MnSi, the middle plate is
made of NM360 high-strength wear-resistant plate, and the middle groove is connected with forged dumbbell pin, which meets the strength requirements during pushing and
prolonging the service life.
2, the middle groove form is cast and welded bottom sealing, single section chute length is 1 meter, light and easy to carry at the same time to maximize the bending of the whole
machine, increase the pushing distance.
3, matching with cutting the top pillar and hydraulic push slip, can speed up the advance of the working face, improve the working face output; It can reduce the pillar density of
the working face, thus reducing the manual labor intensity; Save pit wood, use less single hydraulic prop, increase output value.
