破碎机
破碎机装在辕载机落地段,用于破碎转载机转载的大块煤碳,以防大块煤碳堵塞运输系统和损坏运输带。
破碎机己形成系列化,装机功率从75-400千瓦、破碎能力从500— 3500t/h、皮带传动或齿轮传动。
锺式破碎机结构简单,与转载机的配合短而且容易,装机功率可达到400kW破碎能力大,对煤流运行阻力小,采用固定垫板实现调高,用以调整破碎粒度。
锤式破碎机的传动方式为皮节传动和齿轮传动,由于皮带传动受传递功率的限制,装机功率达到一定时,传递效率低。此时就得采用齿轮传动。
齿轮传动装置采用“电机一液力偶合器一减速器” 的传动型式。与皮带传动相比,避免了皮带过载打滑、弹性变形的能量损失,解決了大功率破碎机皮带传动不可靠的技术难题:采用“电机一液力偶合器一减速器〞 的传动型式安装维护方便是其又一显著特点。

flow is small, and the fixed pad is used to adjust the crushing size.
The transmission mode of the hammer crusher is pitch drive and gear drive, because the belt drive is limited by the transmission power, when the installed power reaches a
certain level, the transmission efficiency is low. At this point, it is necessary to use gear transmission.
The gear transmission device adopts the transmission type of "motor, hydraulic coupling and reducer". Compared with the belt drive, it avoids the energy loss of the belt
overload and elastic deformation, and solves the technical problem of the unreliable belt drive of the high-power crusher: the transmission type of "motor - hydraulic
coupling - reducer" is another significant feature.
